File the Radio ID. We stay on until the operator screen succeeds or we tell you the radio cannot take service. We do not create Radio IDs.
What you are buying. A ticket is desk time. It is not a subscription. The listed fee is $25. Monthly programming is billed by the satellite operator, never by Set My Code.
How the radio call runs
- Open a ticket with the Radio ID if you have it.
- $25 is Set My Code time, not a month of audio.
- You talk to the satellite radio company.
- Ticket closes on live audio or a hard operator error.
